Valerie Pelan

Valerie Pelan, President and founder of Integrated Focus, is an Executive and Leadership coach.  She has a passion for supporting Executives, managers, professionals and individuals to improve their execution, situational effectiveness, political savvy and to overcome limited thinking.  She works with teams and organizations using group coaching techniques that support team cohesiveness and resolve conflicts. She has experience working with Executive level management and in organizations known for innovative and creative approaches to learning and human capital. 

Valerie has over 20 years in the global technology industry holding a variety of leadership roles. Her experience gives her a unique perspective on the challenges facing leaders and their teams to achieve results in today’s impersonal, highly competitive, global and fast moving business environment.

Valerie is certified by University of Texas, Graduate School of Management, Executive and Professional Coaching program and International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is an Executive Coach for University of Texas, Executive MBA program. She is a contributing columnist and motivational speaker on leadership, Personal Branding, Visibility Management, and organizational change.  Valerie is certified in several key assessment tools: Lominger Voices (360), Birkman Assessment, and organizational change using Appreciative Inquiry.  She is a member of the ICF, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Dallas SPHRM and the Executive Women of Dallas.  Integrated Focus is a certified Woman Owned Business (WBEN).  She has an MBA in Economics and is an adjunct professor.

  

Ilene Goldsmith Sporkin

Ilene Sporkin’s corporate coaching practice focuses on mid-level through senior executives.  Her expertise is in working with individuals and teams facing organizational and other types of corporate transitions.  To maximize results, Ms. Sporkin works closely with individuals and their management team to customize her approach to the culture and needs of her client organizations.

Ms. Sporkin’s coaching and mentoring skills were developed during her 27 year career in both education and corporate management.  Her early training and experience as an educator enabled her to approach corporate management challenges as opportunities for development for her team members.  Due to this approach, she became a sought after mentor and leader.   As an executive coach, Ms. Sporkin is now able to share her legacy with high potential managers in a wide range of organizations.

Ms. Sporkin holds an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. from the School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas, from which she also completed a Certificate in Executive Coaching.  

  

Susan Shapiro

Susan draws upon 18 years of experience with Hewlett-Packard during which she led the system Integrator Value Channel, a global sales organization with 60 people tasked with a combined channel and leveraged sales quota of $600 million.

Her specialty is leadership development, especially working with high potential managers and leaders in sales, marketing and operations.  She launched On Point Coaching in 2006 after 20 years of corporate and non-profit leadership.  She is certified in Lominger Voices 360 assessments, Birkman Coaching Report and Appreciative Inquiry.

Shapiro  has a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas, and received a BS in Marketing and Economics from HofstraUniversity. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a member of the Metroplex Technology Business Council. 

  

Jane Glancy

With over 25 years of business experience, Jane Glancy has held senior leadership positions in human resources, sales and marketing, business and financial administration, in addition to over 11 years as a business owner and manager.  As a Consultant and Certified Executive Coach, Jane works with executives, senior managers and professionals of corporations to facilitate improved business results through leadership development, performance improvement and talent management. She also has extensive experience in mentoring and consulting executives and professionals around career management, growth and development. 

 

Jane holds advanced degrees from Southern Methodist University and Birmingham Southern College.  Her professional credentials include Executive & Professional Coach certification through the Graduate School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, an International Coach Federation accredited program.  She is certified Birkman Assessment Consultant, a certified Winslow Dynamics Consultant and is an active member of the International Coach Federation and American Society for Training & Development.  Active in her church and community, she has served on several non-profit boards and is an active Rotarian.
