Birkman Coaching Report focuses on primary competencies related to managerial success and achieving results through others: management and leadership skills and organizational alignment. It also covers four stress areas: interpersonal skills, dealing with conflict, making decisions, and details and schedules. The Assessment provides the client insight into their behavior and is the starting off point for developing a Coaching Plan and for coaching program. The uniqueness of the Birkman coaching report is its description of the clients’ usual and stress behaviors and areas for further development.
Lominger Voices:360 Assessment provides a comprehensive feedback tool to obtain peer, subordinate, leader, customer and supplier feedback. Gap analysis is performed comparing the Executive’s responses with their 360 participants. The 360 is used to indicate areas for the coaching program and the starting point for Coaching Plan.
Career Development and Career Choice – Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential (MAPP). This is a powerful Assessment that is used to determine career options and a client’s interests.
Career Anchors is an excellent tool for employees during career transition, career reassignment or during organization changes. This helps individuals become more aware of their own key career drivers. It is a good tool in developing self-motivation and career direction and management. The half day workshop uses a self administered questionnaire that supports employees’ self-awareness of their own key career drivers and preferences.
Call Reluctance Assessment determines the types of call reluctance an individual or a team has. The workshop and individual coaching work on improving sales process and sales cycle; emphasis is put on tools to assist in “closing the deal”.
Networking Questionnaire is focused on uncovering hidden obstacles to networking and improving strategic alliances and political astuteness.
