This methodology reduces time spent on conflict resolution and enables group members to discover their own motivation, gets them committed to improving the current state, asks for their buy-in to new process flows, and thereby reduces planning time and increases the success rate. The techniques used are Consensus Workshop for Teams, Action Planning for Leaders and Team Brainstorming and Building. . |
