Leadership Coaching is a dynamic collaboration between the Executive coach and C level Executives, Executive level leaders, high potential middle managers.  Integrated Focus customizes the coaching approach for the leader based on their development needs and their organizational objectives. A customized Coaching Plan is developed with specific goals and results oriented measurements that serve as benchmarks for performance review and evaluations.  360 and individual assessments serve as input into the development of the Coaching Plan. Individual and group coaching sessions are provided in person or on the telephone.

  

Shadow Coaching is when the Executive coach accompanies the leader to a meeting and then provides immediate feedback about the leader’s performance and effectiveness in the situation. The Executive Coach provides objective insight and reflection about the client’s performance and interpersonal skills.  The immediacy of the constructive feedback and coaching approach reinforces effective actions and positive actions.

 

Team Coaching is used to uncover obstacles, hidden agendas, and team resistance.  Team coaching promotes information sharing, understanding of team members’ skills, and fosters individual team member participation; it optimizes the team building process by valuing partnership, collaboration and constructive actions.  It is used effectively for problem solving, strategic planning, and knowledge sharing, setting goals, and brainstorming with peer groups, new teams, and project teams. 

  

Organizational Change focuses on developing strategies and practical solutions to introduce effective change into an organization or a team. 

Two Day Workshop Appreciative Inquiry Workshop uses the five phase Appreciative Inquiry approach and requires commitment from the whole organization to commit to and deliver on the organizational change.  This workshop uses Appreciative Inquiry for a more dynamic approach.  Using peak performance and hands-on activities, the workshop results in organizational change plan and communication plan.  The unique workshop uses the five phase Appreciative Inquiry approach and requires that the organization commit to its process on all levels of the organization – Executive to individual performer.

 

Improved Team Cohesiveness helps teams that lack cohesiveness and direction to improve their communication skills; develop trust with other team members, commit to team goals, hold group members accountable and agree to meet deadlines.  A 38-item questionnaire assesses team readiness and areas for developmental skills.

 

Group Facilitation is used for training, information and knowledge, strategic planning, brainstorming, and idea generation.
